1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order through APEX PEPTIDES ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.
2. Product Use — Research Only
All products sold by APEX PEPTIDES are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application of any kind. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes. These products have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that purchasing these products is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of importation, possession, and use of any product in your location before ordering.
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for inventory issues, pricing errors, or compliance concerns. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be returned.
5. Payment
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) as our payment method. All Bitcoin transactions are final and non-reversible by their nature. Payment must be received and confirmed on the blockchain before an order is processed or shipped. APEX PEPTIDES is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or for blockchain network delays. Exchange rate risk is borne by the customer.
6. Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Shipping terms, timelines, and carrier information are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier. APEX PEPTIDES is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
7. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds and applicable health and safety regulations, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for full details including the limited exception for damaged or incorrect shipments.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not purchase our products for resale to end consumers without appropriate licensing. You may not purchase our products for the purpose of human or animal administration. You may not misrepresent the intended use of any product at the time of purchase. Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation and prohibition from future purchases.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular research purpose, merchantability, or results. Research compound purity and identity certificates are provided where available but do not constitute a warranty of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APEX PEPTIDES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through this site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which APEX PEPTIDES operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that province.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Last updated: May 2026.
