• Payment confirmation: we do not store Bitcoin wallet details or private keys — payment confirmation is handled by our payment processor

• Generate shipping labels and communicate with our carrier
• Respond to customer service inquiries
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information only with service providers necessary to fulfill your order:

• Cloudflare: our website and order database are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Order data is stored in Cloudflare D1.
• Shipping carrier: your name and shipping address are provided to our carrier to generate a shipping label and deliver your order.
• Email provider: we use a transactional email provider to send order confirmations. Your email address is transmitted for this purpose only.
• Bitcoin payment processor: your order total and order ID are passed to our payment processor to generate a payment invoice. No personal identity information is required by Bitcoin payment processors.

5. Data Retention

Order records including your personal information are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Canadian tax and business record-keeping requirements. After this period, records are securely deleted.

6. Data Security

Your information is stored on encrypted Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to order data is restricted to authorized personnel only via a password-protected admin panel. We do not store payment card numbers or Bitcoin private keys.

7. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent to certain uses of your information (subject to legal and contractual restrictions)

8. Cookies and Analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Cart data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers until you place an order.
