1. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research compounds — including temperature sensitivity, sterility requirements, and applicable health and safety regulations — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain. Once your Bitcoin payment has been confirmed and your order is being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation before payment confirmation, contact us immediately through our Contact page with your order ID.

3. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with damage that occurred during transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue. To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in your tracking
• You must provide clear photographs of the outer packaging showing damage and the damaged contents
• The damage must be attributable to transit handling and not to customer handling after delivery

Approved damaged shipment claims will be resolved at our discretion by replacement shipment or store credit. We do not issue cash or Bitcoin refunds for damaged shipments.

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a description of the discrepancy. We will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost. Incorrectly shipped items must not be opened or used.

5. Non-Delivery

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier following an official investigation, we will reship the order at no additional cost or issue store credit equal to the order value. We do not issue Bitcoin refunds for non-delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for the lost package process.

6. Bitcoin Payment Finality

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible by their nature. In the exceptional circumstance where a refund is approved under the terms above, resolution will be provided via replacement shipment or store credit — not via Bitcoin or cash refund. We have no ability to reverse a Bitcoin transaction.

7. Chargebacks

Because we accept Bitcoin only, traditional payment chargebacks do not apply. Fraudulent or unauthorized dispute claims will be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service.
