1. Shipping Destinations

APEX PEPTIDES currently ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that receiving these research compounds is lawful in their province or territory prior to ordering.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Processing includes payment confirmation, packing, and label generation.

3. Payment Confirmation Required

Because we accept Bitcoin, orders are not packed or shipped until Bitcoin payment has been confirmed on the blockchain. Blockchain confirmation times vary — typically 10 to 60 minutes — but can occasionally take longer during periods of high network activity. We will notify you by email once your payment is confirmed and your order is being prepared.

4. Shipping Methods and Timelines

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. APEX PEPTIDES is not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Packaging and Discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior indication of the contents. Cold-chain packaging is used where appropriate to maintain compound integrity during transit.

6. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been handed to the carrier. You can also check your order status at any time using our Order Status page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your tracking number.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your building management, and allow one additional business day before contacting us. For packages shown as lost or stuck in transit for more than 10 business days, please contact us through our Contact page and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timelines are subject to the carrier's investigation process.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the contents before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please review our Refund Policy for the process for damaged shipments.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. APEX PEPTIDES is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once a label has been generated.
